Immunizations save lives, period! We require that all our patients be immunized according to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations.
Vaccines are safe and effective. The vaccine schedule is based on years of research and medical studies carried out by the world’s leading experts in the field of infectious disease.
Vaccines have prevented life-threatening illnesses/infections for many years.
Not immunizing your child could put them at a health risk or may subject other children in the practice to health risks.
IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO IMMUNIZE YOUR CHILD WE RESPECTFULLY DECLINE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE TO YOUR CHILD AS THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL RISK FOR US AND A HEALTH RISK TO ALL THE OTHER CHILDREN IN OUR PRACTICE.
